Crab Linguine

Ingredients:

400g linguine pasta
300g crab meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Red chili flakes, to taste
cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic & chilli and sauté until fragrant. Add white wine, lemon zest, lemon juice, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  3. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the cooked crab meat and some of the water you cooked the linguine in. Gently combine everything until the linguine is well coated. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
