Heirloom Tomato Burrata Salad with Peach

Ingredients:
tomato
peach
burrata
olive oil
balsamic glaze
chopped pistachios
basil

  1. Slice ripe tomatoes into rounds or chunks and place them on a serving platter.
  2. Tear the creamy burrata cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Slice ripe peaches and scatter them over the tomatoes and burrata.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad for added freshness.
  5. Generously drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
